This Big Gulp CAI was custom designed to fit 2017-21 Camaro ZL1. As with all Roto-fab products, you can expect the fitment and product quality that your car deserves!

Our innovative air box coupling method allows for solid mounting to the air box as the system transitions from our 6” air filter clamping surface. This coupling design also effectively seals out unwanted engine heat!

Air box seals effectively to the hood which allows for maximum air filter size and air box volume! It also utilizes the full factory air inlet to ensure low IATs and maximize performance.

Standard hardware for this system includes a 5” to 4 ¼“ hose coupler for larger throttle bodies. 4” adapter is sold separately for the factory throttle body. We use 100% silicone hose couplers to ensure lasting product quality!

Custom fabricated inlet elbow to maximize performance and airflow cross-section. We also incorporated an oversized breather port to further accommodate high-horsepower applications. Our polymer duct work is also effective in reducing heat transfer.

Due to increased air flow, the Big Gulp Series CAI systems require a custom tune for your vehicle.

Third party test results have shown gains of up to 30 HP over our standard CAI on a heavily modified 6th Gen ZL1. The Big Gulp Series air intake system uses larger duct work which requires professional tuning specific to the intake and vehicle modifications. As this is a specialty system designed for extreme builds, Roto-fab makes no specific performance claims or compatibility with specific modifications.

Roto-fab 2016-21 Camaro SS cold air intake system with dry filter and  “sound tube delete” option. This option eliminates the sound tube assembly from the inlet elbow all theway back to the fire wall. The package features a smooth inlet elbow with no sound tube provision and a block-off plate for the sound tube entry in the firewall.

After 8 months of development, we are proud to announce the release of the Roto-fab 2016-21 Camaro SS cold air intake system.  This package delivers great performance and awesome sound without a tune or any modifications to the vehicle. Installation is easy and detailed, step-by step color instructions are included.

The Roto-fab 2016-21 Camaro cold air intake system uses all of the available real estate to package a huge air box and massive filter while maintaining an extremely effective barrier against engine bay heat. We’ve developed this intake to perform well as a “stand alone” mod while being capable of meeting the higher air demands of supercharged and high HP builds.

Our open top design effectively seals to the hood which maximizes air box volume while providing all of the advantages of a lid. We use top quality components throughout including high gloss silicone hose couplers, stainless steel hose clamps, stainless steel fasteners, molded-in inserts for air box and MAF sensor mounting and high quality filters designed to last for the life of the vehicle. The air box and duct work are custom molded to maximize air flow and fit the car perfectly. The logo badge on the air box has a black anodized finish with a laser etched Roto-fab logo. We also include a red Roto-fab vinyl graphic in the instructions giving end users the option of reversing the badge and applying the red logo to match the red lettering on the engine covers. 

We are also offering the Roto-fab 2016-21 cold air intake system with accommodations for the sound enhancement feature in the car.

The Big Gulp is recommended for a 102mm, 103 mm throttle body or larger for optimum performance. This sleeve is designed to be used with a throttle body of 3.850 inch to 4 inch throttle body clamping surface.

The sleeve installs directly on the throttle body and acts as a spacer for clamping the big gulp coupler.

The Roto-fab 2015-19 Corvette ZO6 Big Gulp Series Cold Air Intake System brings Roto-fab's LT4 experience and expertise to the Corvette market! This is a tune required system with oversize duct work to meet the increased air flow demands of high HP builds.
