Custom Cams and Cylinder Heads

Pray Performance has spent years developing our own line of custom ground Camshafts and Kits with all the recommended supporting components.  

Basic complete $2,630 (stock HG’s, Johnson lifters, TSP Spring kit) This kit is great for our Grudge (quite) cam. This is also the kit we would go with if you have completely stock OEM heads and do not wish to upgrade the seats, valves, or guides.

Deluxe N/A complete kit $3,040 (Cometic HG’s, Johnson lifters, Comp springs) This is for when you want to make real power. This kit comes with our stiffer comp springs and requires you to upgrade the LT1 heads (LT4 heads not needed) with seats, guides and titanium intake valves and stainless steel exhaust valves

Deluxe FI complete kit $2,900 (LT4 HG’s, Johnson lifters, Comp springs) For boosted combos and LT4 set ups

 **** Everything in the deluxe cam kit is recommended to prevent valve float and spin the motor higher.   We would always recommend the deluxe kit, but it's not always in the customers budget, so we offer the basic kit as an option.

Fly-cutting available for in-house builds = $200

N/A stock cubes 

Stage 3 - does NOT require fly cutting the pistons, can be used with the stock torque converter but recommend our Circle D converter, requires TCM tuning

Stage 3.5 - requires fly cutting stock pistons (GPI drop ins clear fine), requires torque converter, TCM tuning, upgraded heads

Gutter Pig - Our biggest N/A stock cube cam. Requires everything from Stage 3.5

Boosted stock cubes

Your Daddy - Designed for top mount superchargers (LT4, Maggie, whipple, ect) Does NOT require a converter or fly cutting. Requires TCM tuning

Stage 2 Boost cam - For procharged or turbo cars. Does NOT require a converter or fly cutting. Requires TCM tuning

Boosted 416/427

Stage 3 Boost cam - For boosted cars with a 416 or 427. Requires a converter and TCM tuning

HEADS:

Pray Performance CNC Porting of Heads (if porting your stock heads) $1600 plus shipping (includes Pray Performance valve grinding, disassembly/reassembly, and hand finishing.

Custom Pray Performance CNC Heads are $2600 plus shipping (includes Pray Performance valve grinding, disassembly/reassembly, and hand finishing -***** If you send your cores back to us in good working condition within 2 weeks of receiving the Pray Performance cylinder heads – you will be eligible for a $1000 core return rebate.   

As we are seeing chipped seats and dropped intake/exhaust valves become more common - we HIGHLY recommend replacing the valves, valve seats and guides 

The prices below are for the modification we recommend in addition to the $1600 porting.

 Best: Add seats, guides, Titanium intake & exhaust valves: $4,295

Better: Add seats, guides, Titanium intake and Stainless Steel exhaust:   $2,765

Good: Add seats, guides, stock intake and SS exhaust: $1,750(Only for LT4 cars that have titanium Intakes already)

Pray Performance BAM heads = $1800– These are our ported cylinder heads specifically designed for the 440 (4.185” bore).  The Heads require the seats, guides, and Titanium intake valves, so you would have to also purchase the “Better” or “Best” option above in addition to the ported heads.
